Interior Upgrades, Entry Feature

After the kids had grown and moved out, the owner of this Saratoga bungalow decided it's time to not only upgrade but expand their small kitchen. The solution was to create a kitchen addition right next to the existing family room. The result is a spacious kitchen that looks right into the new dining area - making entertaining that much more convenient and impressive. They also decided to add an entry feature/portico to the otherwise outdated entry porch - giving their home a more pronounced sense of arrival and monumentality.
