A Lesson in Storage
LOCATION
NOTES
Not all projects are meant to scream "here I am!" and dazzle the world. Actually, most are built to bridge, to integrate, and to blend new functions with existing conditions. This is one such example where a multi-family housing staff gets a new storage building that looks and feels like existing residential buildings. The newness is subtle: a step-up configuration that bridges the 1-story carport with 2-story housing, contemporary aluminum windows, and modern security lighting to suit. A harmonious addition with a hint of sophistication.
